My main focus is acquisitions for investors, as a Realtor.  But, I have been a licensed contractor for 30 years, so I still do a lot of rehab on projects.

Thanks Greg, looks like you're a contractor?  I'm wanting to offer on some fixers but need a good contractor if I'm going to make it work as I'm an out of town investor.  Have you got a website I can check out? Thanks
