STR friendly HOAs in West Valley?
My wife and I operate a few STRs in north Phoenix and we are hoping to expand to West Valley for our operations. We would prefer Non-HOA but there just don't seem enough inventory.
We are looking at Peoria, Glendale and Surprise. Any advice would be immensely helpful!!
