Starting Out and Hungry to Learn

Hello BP Community!

I'm Mark, I've lived in the Phoenix (Cave Creek specifically) area for over 20 years and will soon be graduating from ASU with a degree in Medical Studies. Although real estate is completely unrelated to my degree, I've been curious about it. I have a lot of experience in the stock market, but next to none in the Real Estate Market. Books and Youtube videos can only get me so far, and I feel the best way to learn and navigate markets is experience and exposure, so I would love to connect with people in the Phoenix area. I would love to learn and work for free in any area. I'll go knocking door to door if that's what it takes, leave the dirty work for me. I'll never truly be ready, but here I am, putting my best foot forward anyway. You have to start somewhere!

@Mark Steinberg I hold a meetup every 3rd Wednesday of the month in Mesa, Arizona. It is a great place to get to know and network with other investors in addition to learning more about the Arizona market and how to make deals work here.

We own 200 units and have a lot of experience with lease options, rentals, single family homes, small

multi family apartments, and mobile home parks. It is free to attend. Just look up in the network tab above and click on events link and you can find a lot of events that are happening throughout the month in Arizona. Good luck to you.
