Hey everyone!

I am looking to meet people who are interested in the real estate space to bounce ideas off one another and to get a beer or something every now and then. I currently own 2 single family rentals in casa grande and my fiance also owns a single family rental in casa grande on her own. We also house hack our home in Tempe. Our next move is to buy another property in chandler and turn the Tempe into another rental, and of course house hack the next property as well to cover our expenses. We are both in our mid 20s. Obviously for our age group its difficult to find friends who are like minded on investing in real estate. Please dont hesitate to shoot me a message and I look forward to hearing from you!

David

Cody my general advice would be, if you’re reasonably educated on the matter to just jump in the fire. A lot of real estate learning is hard to learn or debatably  impossible if you haven’t actually done it. I’d say just buy something that seems like a decent deal. You don’t need a grand slam and to be honest until you really know what you’re doing you won’t know a home run if you saw it anyways. And there really isn’t someone who will just hand you a great deals cas well, they would probably just do it themselves. Anyways, all that to say, just get in the game! Lol
