Tucson rental properties

Good afternoon!

I am wondering if there are any property managers on here and if you could answer a question! I would like to know if anyone manages rentals around the 85711 zip code, if so, what could I expect rent to be for 2 bed 2 bath, low and high end rents and 3 bed 2 bath, low and high end rents.

Thank you very much and happy holidays!

-Tom

Hello @Thomas Rodriguez

Have you tried rent-o-meter? It's an online site which you can either pay for or use for free (simplified) which will give you general current rent prices for an area based off the type of property.

rentometer.com

While I'd still ask a current landlord or property manager, this would be a good way to start and will give you a basic idea.

Hope that helped,

Jon
