Looking to purchase SFR (condo, home) in Tucson Foothills
We're looking to purchase our third rental property in the foothills of Tucson, Arizona. We'd would like to identify a property management company that can help us understand the market, primarily which places would make the best long-term rental. We're also open to short-term (monthly), but not weekend vacation rentals.
Our experience has been with a furnished condo renting on a short-term basis and a three bedroom townhouse renting on an annual lease.
Ideally, we'd like rental owner recommendations on property management companies that have proven successful.
