Derivatives to hedge interest rates
Are there derivative instruments or strategies to lock in an interest even though you may not be closing for another 2-3 months?

Like a rate swap or a synthetic? Sure, but, I don't think for real estate purchase. Especially probably not now with the way the markets are inverted... But, this isn't exactly a finance forum...
