Other Real estate incomes

Hi all I was wanting to know what other options everyone does that makes money through properties.

I have my own BRRR BTLs and I've flipped before and I've got friend who wholesale etc but are there any unusual or unheard of ways that people are making businesses using property ?

Example:
starting a specific online estate agency driven towards helping specific sellers that have unique airbnbs for sale . 

If there is already a forum category that has many options of making money other than the usual I'd appreciate it if someone could direct me .
