DataTree VS Propstream ?

I would appreciate any feedback on using DataTree VS Propstream for searching vacant LAND.  Thanks everyone!

Check out PropertyRadar, similar pricing as Propstream but I found it to be better for pulling lists for vacant land.

LandInsights.co is the best for vacant land! Cheaper than Data Tree and has the highest quality data.

but is propstream as good as data tree finding vacant land. i am on propstream looking and cannot seem to find anything decent , and i am looking in areas where i know vacant land is

We use both. Either can work, propstream will be more affordable
