Anyone using "Realist" out there?

Haven't seen many posts about using REALIST as a tool.

Anyone out there using it?

I assume you mean Realist by Core Logic.

Yes I have used realist. I used it a lot when I didn't have MLS access. It does have some small advantages over the MLS, quick and dirty comps are very fast. However there is not near as much detailed info as on the MLS.

My partner now uses a cheaper private label version of realist. - Real fast data. We don't use it much because we have MLS access but still use it occasionally because it is better at a few tasks. - Ned
