Looking for Guidance on First Steps

Hi BP Community,

I’m new to real estate investing and currently focused on learning as much as I can before diving into my first deal. My main goals right now are to understand how to raise capital, evaluate potential deals, and figure out the best strategy to start with.

For those of you who have been where I am now, what helped you the most when you were starting out? Were there specific strategies, resources, or partnerships that made the biggest difference for you in taking action?

I’d love to hear your experiences and any advice you’d be willing to share. Excited to connect and learn from this community!

I would start with a house hack. Cost effective, you learn the ropes and lower barrier of entry. Rinse and repeat that a few times and you'll be off to a great start
