EV Charging company as a tenant
I am thinking of leasing parking space at my retail shopping center to some EV fast charging company. What should I be careful to include in the lease? Any tips or anything to watch out for? How much monthly flat rent should I expect per charger and which are some companies in this space? I know Tesla doesn’t pay. Thanks in advance.
