Hello, hope all is well. I have a lot of equity from my first triplex and currently looking for another triplex. Should I don't touch my equity or get the other unit from my savings. If I do take it out how does it affect the current loan? Oh and it's a FHA loan.

Not sure it matters much.   More of a liquidity issue.
