First SubTo Deal Questions
I just got my first SubTo deal under contract in Tennessee and I had questions. I have already run the numbers and determined that it will work, but curious about the following:
1) How are you structuring the deal? Do you close in a land trust or simply just take title in your name or the name of an LLC?
2) How do you overcome the objection that the seller wants to be completely done with the property and not have the mortgage in their name?
3) For things like insurance. How are you putting this in your/your LLC's name without trigger "due on sale"
4) Anything I should be asking on my first deal?
