Posted

Hello, I want to invest some money in multifamily property and only have $3.5k to do so. I would like to find some creative financing strategies to go about this or utilize just the $3.5k towards this. Please let me know if you have any tips or ideas.

A few thoughts:

1. With only $3,500 you are NOT really a money investor at this point. You need to invest something besides money.

2. Real estate isn't a get rich quick scheme. So, if you truly want to do creative things with less money, you need KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE!

3. My best recommendation is to invest in education. For example, go get your real estate license. That will give you some base knowledge and a way to get some related experience while increasing the capital you have to work with. Many people work as an agent as a side-hustle.
