Ohio Tax Exempt Property Operation
Hello, my partners and I are interested in a residential property that is currently registered as tax exempt with the county auditor for "Charitable exemptions - hospitals - homes for aged, etc." One of us has experience with individuals with disabilities, so we would want to market to them and elderly. We are wondering if anyone has operated in this space and would have some time to discuss. Does anyone in this space have a time for a phone call?
