Hello everyone... What kind of advertising do you have on your vehicle... Magnets, vinyl lettering or a complete "Wrap" job

Don't make this mistake. The fault lies solely on my shoulders. Possibly my market doesn't respond to transit advertizing, possibly my image is too corporate, possibly my add is too busy. I don't know. Just means I must drive harder! Any feedback is truly appreciated.

Wrapping is VERY popular in Las Vegas right now. It seems like everyone has a wrap on their car. Attorneys, check cashing places, medical centers, you name it, they probably have a wrapped car. Findlay VW in Henderson has a couple VW Routan vans wrapped in a hippy rainbow theme, I think those are my favorite.

I don't see a whole lot of magnets anymore, although i think that has more to do with the fact that most people realize there isn't really a time when they don't want to advertise their business.

This unlike my bus wraps works very well! On a good day out and about job site to site, running errands, on the move I am likely to receive 3 phone calls easily. Its big, its ugly and if your damn Prius gets in my way I will just run it over! It generates conversation every where I go. I had a guy the other day try to sell me 300 used toilets as I passed him down the interstate.

The cost is roughly $14 a sq/ft. Well wort it if you are man enough to not care about appearance and everyone pointing and taking pictures, but hey money follows attention! I would push a 500 into the market place if my little town could support it. I love it so much that I am in the market for a new vehicle, when I make a new purchase I will give this one away to my protege just to keep it on the road.

At the end of the day my once liability is now a huge asset.

P.S. Some one tell that dude John Myers Its a Yukon and a 6" lift!

I do not have a wrap, but one of my business partners has his vehicle wrapped.  His vehicle is a Suburban with a 3" lift kit.  He had it wrapped in big red letters, We buy homes for cash.  He always parks it in the most highly visible locations.   He has said repeatedly  it was worth the investment.

I wrapped my truck 1 year ago and have not got as many leads as I expected.  I know I have closed on at least 5 wholesale deals from the vehicle alone so it has more than paid off.

Wally - the wrap works great for our restaurant - gonna wrap another lifted truck for "ugly houses"  - the 90# pit in the picture also works great for collecting rent!!

You might not have a similar company in your market, but here in Vegas there is a company called big traffic. They essentially use box trucks with a smaller box on the back, you can check out their website for pictures to get an idea of what it would look like.

This is my work truck and I do a lot of driving.  Don't expect for your phone to be ringing off the hook if you decide to get a vehicle wrapped.  I have purchased a hand full of properties with this advertisement but if you are looking for volume I would suggest target marketing.
