Good Evening Everyone! We don't really utilize forums as we should, but thought we would try something new for this one. Seems only right, since we are currently working on a unique property that is also, very new to us. Cheers to trying new things! So here it goes :) Our interest for our next deal is leaning toward an Equestrian Estate. Beautiful and enormous! Perfect location and in superb condition! The only obstacle for us, would be finding new and creative ways to find Buyers. We've already set aside a few days to spend at the Race Track. We are always willing to learn more and take on new effective approaches to marketing. Especially with a unique estate such as this one. We would kindly appreciate any and all advice, suggestions, etc. about handling these type of Estates. There are no bad answers. We are grateful for all of them. Inspire! And be inspired!
