Subjet To Help in AZ

My friend owns a house in Chandler, AZ and would like to get rid of it but still live in the residence. I suggested a subject-to, where I take over the mortgage, and he seems on board. Coincidentally, I have zero experience in subject-to's and would like to know if anyone, besides an attorney, can walk me through the process - with a fee of course.
