Driving for dollars

Hey everyone my name is Brady Lee. I am just getting started in REI in Utah and I am trying to figure out how to get started. As far as driving for dollars, what exactly is the right pitch to homeowners of distressed properties? I just don't want to offend them, what strategies have worked for you guys? Thanks!

You're wanting to get the addresses of the property and then go to the tax website for your county or territory that you're in to find the real owners name and address. You also need to find out when they purchased the property because you're gonna be sending them yellow letters or postcards. Always remember that we need to always be talking to the owner of the property. Angie to make sure that they are a motivated seller.

Keep driving keep getting address.
