Wholesale a Subject 2 deals

Is it possible or legal to wholesale a subject2 deal to an investor, where the investor will make current the loan and taxes (and wholesale fee) and in return is deeded the property. Thank you

and therefore, send Nick and I ALL your leads of sub2's you can't take down yourself, at least collect a fee for your efforts rather than lose the deal.
