Creative use of my tri state RE Brokers license

I work full time as a Software Engr, and I am a licensed real estate broker in NY, Mass and Rhode Island. I haven't used my real estate brokers license much but I have had it for 20 years. Within the last month I did step up and purchase my first investment property. Any idea how I can use my license with potential investors to procure future properties? Anyone in the NY, Mass or RI area looking to partner with a licensed RE broker?

Hi David, I've been considering getting a license myself. How much money and time all together would you say you spent on it? Looking back at it, would you say it was worthwhile despite not having used it much?
