CHICAGOLAND WEST SUBURBS NEED HELP
Haven't found a deal that works, its been three months and the problem is I accumulated credit lines to help with a fix & flip and paying 20% fee ( yeah I know not a substantial move ) "but I've created this monster and I'm reaching out to bigger pockets members for help". 140k to acquire the lines, with 0% interest for 12 months. Looking for a deal in the Chicagoland area if you have any suggestions to help me find one fell free to weight in .
