Need Help with Equity Partnership Deal Structure
Hey BP, Ive got an offer in on a 4plex. I will be using my VA loan (very attractive terms) but the total loan amount goes over the VA zero down allotment. VA will still finance the rest but need a downpayment. I didn't have enough cash for the down payment so I was thinking of bringing in a partner or two. How would you/have you structure the equity partnerships, percentage wise, and anything else I'm not thinking of?
