Sam here. Law school drop out, 4 year entrepreneur since undergrad and heading into the RE game from the investor side. I've been told to start with wholesaling and am following that path and am based in San Diego, CA.
A few questions that I hope you all don't mind sharing!
1. What has been the most cost effective way to capture seller leads (especially anyone in Socal)?
2. Does anyone have a protocol that they follow everyday to a T?
3. I'm looking for not a mentor, but an accountability partner and someone who CRUSHES or has CRUSHED it and is now retired...is that you?
4. Anything in particular I need to know about wholesaling?
5. Where do I get the best free lists to make calls/emails to potential sellers?
