Does anyone have any experience with veteran owned business or are there any advantages to being a veteran and investing in real estate. My partner lives in a different city so we likely are not looking at a VA loan as I will not be owner occupying.

@Michael Graff You could use the VA loan to buy a four plex and live in it. 12 months later you could move out, refinance and use the VA Loan again. I did this but with a SFH. I fixed it up and sold for a nice profit.
