Hey BP, New member here from North Jersey πŸ‘‹πŸΎπŸ‘‹πŸΎ I have been tremendously inspired by the community since moving back Into the country 3 months ago by listening to podcast, reading blogs and others. I have become very interested In diving into real estate by finding a duplex to potentially BRRRR. I am limited on cash and experience so looking for a bit of guidance from anyone who might have been in a similar situation. Thanks !!
