Unfurnished vs furnished

I’ve found a property that is a fully furnished 4 plex. I have some comps available but they are unfurnished. Looking at the photos the furnished apts are not “modern finishes” by any means but more eay 2000s decore. Should these bring a premium compared ro unfinished?

@Darson Grantham with out details on type of location it’s hard to analyze properly. If the area is a upscale neighborhood then you furniture will be a negative.
