A friend is wondering about syndicating and bringing in equity in California. Building and then renting a 20,000' warehouse to marijuana growers. $110/s.f. to build and a 10% return. He owns the land in Sacramento. Any idea how to find investors for that?

I think its a little late to the party..  in Oregon weed prices have crashed.. big money is coming in.

so be careful.. its not like CO and OR in the very beginning
