Owner financing help
I have a nice lead on a $215,000 home in Susquehanna Township PA right outside of Harrisburg Pa, owner says he is intrested in taking payments overtime. He owes 50,000 but says he can pay that off today if he wanted to. Can anyone JV me through this deal. How should i structure this owner financing to make it a win-win? How can I do this with no money down?
