I know a real estate invstor who has acess to the MLS through a realtors logins. I do not know the arrangment. However was wondering if anyone else has done any creative things with a realtor (besides becoming one) to get axcess to the MLS?

From my understanding, there is no "law" being broken, just some "rules" that the real estate licensee is not permitted to share login access with anybody. There are penalties for being caught sharing a login that the licensee will experience (such as loss of MLS access) - but I don't believe there is any jail time involved.
