Craiglist Ads to Find Sellers

Hey guys I know that this has been discussed before, although when searching for old posts on craiglist ads, it seems many of the threads contained old links to show examples that you can no longer click on. I have been posting on craiglist basic ads like:

We Buy Houses
Any Condition!
Any Price Range!
Call Now 24 Hours
XXX-XXX-XXXX

I have not had any responses off of my ads. I have had some responses from emailing listings individually. However I am trying to be more creative with my ads. Just wondering if anyone has anything catchy or creative that has worked for them?

The problem is that you are using a generic ad that has been done to death by every other wholesaler/investor out there.

Those we buy houses ads are over saturated on craigslist to the point where it becomes hard to stand out from the crowd.

You'll have to come up with something more catchy. Something that stands out from the other ads. Something that hasn't been done before or hasn't been done to death.
