SDIRA - set up questions

I'll be seeing a few potential private money lenders in the next few days and will be discussing the prospects of using a SDIRA to create a mutually beneficial arrangement.

Can someone give me a general idea as to the setup costs for a SDIRA as well as an idea for how long it takes from starting a SDIRA to funding a deal?

Thanks in advance!

It costs about $50 for setup fee and then annual maintenance fee. Just to give you a few comparison: Equity Trust Co has tiered fee schedule - for $50k to $100k, they charge $360/yr, and increases as your account increases in value; a bit less for <50K. American Estate and Trust charges $150/yr for <25K, about $275/yr for 25K and above. Nice thing about ETC is the bill pay feature as it allows you to make payments w/ no extra costs for regular processing.
