Thinking about buying a property to utilize as an Airbnb.
So I’ve been thinking about purchasing a property in my LLC to utilize as an Airbnb. If so, has anyone done this? Should I buy a multifamily or a single family? How much work is involved in an Airbnb and also how is the profitability of it? Just looking for advice! Thank you, Ben
