Writing your own offers in Ontario

Writing your own offers can save time and have many advantages when competing for a property, but before I start submitting offer with the Agreement to Purchase and Sale form 100 OREA is this Legal even if I’m not licensed?

What is the best way to hand it in? In person to the listing agent or the seller? Or can I do this Via email?
