Anyone out there who could use a motivated/dedicated understudy?

Question

My name is Nehemiah. I currently reside in Atlanta, Ga. I am the ceo of Strong Wall Real Estate Acquisitions (my startup company). I grew interest in real estate after a landlord had done my mom terribly wrong on a house she should own today; a house I grew up in, due to her lack of knowing certain things. I decided to jump in a little over a couple months ago by way of wholesaling. Did my 1st deal in 2 weeks, made 22k from it. I’ve been learning by way of YouTube tutorials, books, webinars, etc etc. However I want better learn how to apply different strategies. I am so hungry and motivated to do this, that I’ve chosen to walk away from my 9-5 of 9 years. There’s a lot more to my story but I won’t bore you. I just want an opportunity to sit down 1 on 1 with a real mentor in real estate, and other entrepreneurial things from time to time and learn 😪. I’ll even work for free if need be.. I don’t mind. Knowledge > Money

You have a strong drive and lots of good ambition. I’m new myself I’m still learning the ropes , one valuable thing I can pass along and you may already know is the Atlanta rei meetup at the ivy buckhead . It’s every last Tuesday of the month and it’s tons of people that you can talk to network with that can lead you in the right direction. I like your attitude and your drive!  I hear atlanta is a great place to invest.  You may also want to learn the proeprty management side of things for consistent income.  Best of luck to you!
