House Hacking - Living on premise ADU, RV
I am considering house hacking for my first investment home. I am aware that qualifying for the FHA loan; I must live in the property for a year. However, could I build an ADU or place an RV/trailer on the premise and live in the RV/trailer while the house is being rented? Does this still qualify? I don't want to get into legal trouble.
