BP episode about life insurance policy?

Question

I’m throwing a Hail Mary here...

Sorry about the vague post and forgive my lack of memory. There was an episode of bigger pockets where the guest talks about using insurance policies to fund or collateralize loans for his deals. I feel like the episode was in the last two years and I’ve read every episode title on the list and can’t find it.

@Stephen Thomas , research the topic of "infinite banking." This is likely what they were referring to, and it is a very powerful tool. There are blogs and videos all over the internet on this concept. Hope this helps.

A hail mary (hopefully helpful) back to you: I have been away from the podcast recently, but I wonder if the podcast might have had Jeff Brown (aka "Bawldguy"). He talks about EIUL life insurance as a wealth builder, notes investing, etc. I spoke to him a couple of years ago - super patient and helpful, and very very experienced in real estate and related funding.  You can find Jeff on BP, or at bawldguyinvesting.com.  Hope this helps.
