Newbie Investor, Direct Mailing Partnership?

Hello Everyone ! I am 28 years old and a Newbie Investor from NJ, literally just starting out. I have been reading BP blogs, listening to podcast, and watching Webinars. From what I have read , I am gathering that Direct Mailing is one of the least commonly used (but can garner high responses  if you work at it) methods in finding leads. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in building a professional relationship and utilizing Direct Mailing for buying opportunities. I would be willing to lay the ground work and producing the Yellow Letters. I am really just trying to get my feet wet and dive in to actual actions so i can learn more ! The good and the bad ! Most Importantly, if anyone has any success stories with direct mailing, please share! Im eager to learn from people who have several properties under their belt but also eager to learn from newbies like myself. I just want knowledge :)

Others will chime in here but DM is definitely a lucrative method of gathering leads. It (like all marketing methods) can be a waste of money if you're not consistent.

I agree with @ehsan, go to a local meetup and find someone that's doing what you want to do then pick their brain. They should be willing to share who they use for mailing.

Warning: it doesn't matter what method of marketing you use if you don't track your numbers, follow up and stay consistent.

Our company has been doing direct mail for over 8 years. Let me know if you have any specific questions on direct mail. Anyways, if you are looking for someone to partner with you on direct mail then I suggest that you attend local REIA meetings and network with investors. You could find someone there who would be interested in partnering with you but first educate yourself on direct mail. Learn how it works and how to build a list. @Ashley Crump sorry , read a bit to fast. But from what I gathered, it seems like most people won’t use direct mail marketing because of how much time is needed to invest in it or because people think that the method “just won’t work”. I’m new to all of this, so I’m trying to gather as much knowledge as I can .

@Cameron Tope well I was listening to Brandon on BP and also another co-host they were chatting with . I probably worded my post wrong .
