ADU(s) on Multi-Family Lot
I am looking at an RM1-1 lot in San Diego and it currently has an existing 1125 sqft SFH (6500 sqft lot, 1-unit per 3000 ft). I want to add a another unit plus two ADU's. As I understand it has recently been approved from a state and/or county, but perhaps not city level. Was curious if anyone else has attempted this and what to expect for permitting and build costs.
