Foreign nationals reinvesting their equity in the US

Hello BiggerPockets,

I have foreign national clients who have investment homes in the US (specifically Dallas) who have purchased condos/SFRs in cash as an investment and would like to refinance out. They are not US citizens but most (or all) of them own businesses in their home country.

Any tips/suggestions would be highly appreciated as I am not too familiar with this process but aside from refis, does anyone know of an alternative solution that they would be able to pull their money out and get a loan on with much reasonable rates to purchase one or more other investments?

I know its a crazy time right now but im speaking in general. Any help will be appreciated!
