Does anyone know what the best way is the go about finding owners who are currently trying to sell multiple properties? For example, one owner who is attempting to sell a duplex and 2 single family houses?

@David White Either your public record(Assessor Site), Find sellers with portfolios that way or reach out to local property management companies to see if they have any looking to sell.  I would caution when speaking to management companies to leave the door open for them to stay on as management or you may just cut your arm off during the conversation as the sale would be taking food out of their mouth.
