How to attract multi residential owners

Hey team,

I do my own research for getting properties I was looking for new method to get in contact with properties owners.

I currently use coldcall but each data base that a buy i only get 20% of the phone number after searching on Canada 411 or locate family...

What is you best method of prospecting multi residential property owners
