Has anyone ever customized a template for contractors to make bids? My goal is to have a forum to give contractors for bids detailing the job description and detailing the labor price and material cost for each job being done on the rehab. If anyone has done something similar to this please give me advice.

I just ask the contractor for a line by line item of the cost breakdown. If they can't provide this for me then i don't really want to do business with them.
