I have a free and clear property in my personal name for about 6 years and I want to take the equity out. I also wanted to know would it be best to transfer it into my company name or have my company buy it from my personal? What's the best way to pull out the equity?I'm caught up on the taxes also.

The best way us to sell it, and replace it with 5 of the same property...or one property 5 times the size.  That should increase your cash flow, property value, gains from appreciation, etc...
