Skip tracing and CRM advice

Hey Guys, 

I'm a new wholesaler/flipper with only 1 deal under my belt. I want to invest in my business so Im looking into Deal driven, deal machine, Propstream and skip genie to help grown my business. Does anyone have any pros or cons from using services like these?

Looking for any advice.
