Market in Dayton, OH
All OH investors and others as well,
what is your take on Dayton Real estate? Is it good to invest in Dayton? I see prices are low. I (so far) have invested in CMH, OH but would like to expand in Dayton. I have been observing/following Dayton for sometime but still cannot guage the pulse. I came across a decent MF prop but had to let go since I couldn't figure out the returns.
