Has anyone heard of Pace Morby and subto.com
He is selling a course on owner finance and “subject to” deals.
I watch a video of him with some students and he appears to know what he is talking about and he practices what he preaches. He is actually doing a lot of deals on the west coast.
Has anyone purchased his course and what is the cost?
