Inheriting probate... problems

My grandma passed and my dad was administer of the estate. A month ago my dad passed and we have an upcoming court date. We pretty much came to a decision on the buyout of my aunts and uncles. My plan is to hire a lawyer on my behalf and fill in for my dad now. The court would have to allow me to refinance as both homes in the estate are paid off. I'm afraid that might take too long as the heirs have been waiting, we've been in probate for nearly 2 years and with coronavirus and the passing of my father it might be much longer. My mom is on board to pull equity from her home however it is not enough to cover the whole expense. Is there any creative financing ideas you can recommend/suggest? Ideally, if I could payoff the siblings and have them sign off it would be perfect. However, I am not too familiar with the probate process nor creative financing options.
