I’m a first time home buyer looking to House Hack in Belvedere Park just south of Decatur, GA. Is anyone familiar with investing in this area? Has anyone house hacked in southern DeKalb county?

Belvedere Park is awesome! Still transitioning but not too sketchy. Decent prices. Really great area for a flip. House hack may be a little more difficult because it's usually 1 level brick ranches but I'm sure you can find something. PM me if you want to talk more, I've helped a bunch of clients house hack in the area.
